CAMIA RESIDENCE

NAZARENO + GUERRERO  DESIGN CONSULTANCY

Taking only 15 months to build, this 650sqm home stands out at the center of a quiet subdivision in the city. With its contemporary design, a play on various materials and textures result in distinctive details evident in the rough-cut granite applied to the front fence, a stone-tablet handle as seen in the elaborately-designed front door, as well as the durable Parklex composite planks used as wraparound eaves that serve as the second floor exterior’s architectural feature. To maximize the residence’s lot area, the roof extends over the pool that's seemingly indoors, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors and an open layout provide an easy flow between the living and dining rooms situated next to it. Completing this made-for-entertaining home is a roof deck enclosed by a glass railing, ideal for taking in the view of city skyline.

This home is featured in the Philippine Architecture Book 2018.
