For the Campaigns & Grey advertising agency offices in the Philippines, an old car repair shop was converted into a cutting-edge workspace that features industrial design elements. The 1200sqm warehouse showcases a mezzanine to accommodate more rooms and employees, unique shapes, angular subspaces, bright colors, and bold graphics to easily inspire creativity, while the polished cement floor ties the look together. Eco-conscious and energy saving details, like balustrades made of recycled excess materials from work stations and the installment of “Big Ass” fans to utilize the high ceiling and save on cooling units, were implemented.
