FAIRWAY HOUSE

ARCHION ARCHITECTS

Though this 1200sqm residential project is situated next to a golf course, it does not overpower its view as the home is built to be at level with it. It initially appears as a V-shaped bungalow but actually features a full basement below. Complementing the home’s Contemporary Asian design by Archion Architects are clever elements like floor vents on the ground floor that allow hot air to escape and cooler air to circulate around. While luxe details like solid wood Supa floors, Western Red Cedar-wrapped columns, and solid wood cabinets in the library; the owner’s collection of antique columns incorporated into the structure itself (as seen in the foyer) paired with the Osmundo artisanal front doors; and a roof-top outdoor spa overlooking the golf course gives the expansive residence an opulent yet understated elegance.
