Reminiscent of a New York loft, this condominium unit gives off a luxurious vibe, albeit in a limited area. Architect Ed Calma opened up the space with a free-flowing layout and created the feeling of warmth with the materials and color palette chosen. Paneled veneer line the walls, ceiling, and bedroom; natural stone travertine slabs serve as the flooring material; 6m-high windows allow for natural light to flood the living room; while an open-kitchen design is seamless next to the dining area.
