This 500sqm multilevel residence, situated on a 200sqm lot, shows off a sculptural design with origami-like shapes, lines, silhouettes, and unexpected angles from every view of its façade. This theme is reflected throughout various elements of the home, including its doors and stair railings. To ensure durability, pigmented cement finish was used to paint the structure, while cut fiber cement boards were used to construct the exterior fins. With the use of a precise CNC machine, these fins, produced in various gradients, resemble a modern brise soleil that give the modern and minimalist house added visual impact.
