For this middle-of-the-city home, the spacious 850sqm C-shaped space was efficiently divided into 5 bedrooms, a gym, a pool, as well as the usual living, dining, and kitchen areas to keep its breezy, open layout intact—further emphasized by the house’s 3m-high ceiling. Rich details like white marble floors on the ground floor, solid wood planks for the second floor, and a thematic laser-cut steel plate design applied to the stairs, gate, and front door lends these areas a subtle yet impactful design element. On the outside, the exterior is clad with a mix of textures through special-pattern stone tiles and horizontally-mounted accoya wood, while s-cut wood was utilized for the eaves.
